I believe he's dead as well, however, Madara can make more of him at a whim. So I guess, technically speaking, they still count.

Obito doesn't deserve the screen time he got comparing to other Akatsuki members or other villians like Orochimaru

Black Zetsu is still alive as far as we know. This is the last we see of him

Yup.....and what makes it even crazier is that most of their deaths felt more forced than even or fair. DSpeant basically all of part II fighting them.and they were 9 strong (10 counting both Zetsu)....crazy.

Akatsuki has not fallen since Akatsuki's many babies Clone Zetsus are still popping up. However the parents I mean almost all akatsuki memebrs are dead now & last Obito is going to be dead soon.
