I would have to say not to snitch its kind of an "unwritten law of the playground" so to speak.

but depending on the case, like if i was a witness to something that could keep people safe i would snitch.

i looked up the rule on wikipedia and the only rules i don't break are the ones where you must order black coffee with no suger/cream and the ones where you don't take advantage of blond chicks and don't have unprotected ***
