I wrote this because I want to make a story based from my supposed-to-be bio character. The story retains most of the Narutoverse setting, but you can think of this as a filler or something.
Note: I used the English Translations from naruto.wikia.com (along with some of my own original techniques), and sorry for the possible grammatical errors.
I hope you guys like it.
Pilot chapter: The Man with the Dusty Cloak
“Hey, you’re not from around here, are you?” Teuchi asked the customer.
The customer just nodded silently as he continued to eat noisily. Suddenly, another person barged into the restaurant. It was Uzumaki Naruto.
“Old man! One Ichiraku Ramen Special please!” Naruto yelled gleefully, his smile reaching his ears.
“Ah, Naruto!” replied Teuchi with the same gleeful tone, forgetting his previous question to the strange customer. “One Ichiraku Ramen Special, comin’ right up!”
“You’re not from Konoha, are you, mister?” Naruto asked the cloaked man as he noticed that the man didn’t wear a forehead protector yet had suspicious objects mounted on his back. “And what’s that on your back?”
The cloaked man just finished his ramen. He ignored the question and instead put the bills on the counter and left without a word.
“Hey!” Naruto exclaimed. But the man just walked away. “Man, what’s his problem?”
“Here’s your Ramen Special, Naruto!” Teuchi declared as he gave Naruto the bowl. He noticed the bills on the counter and examined them. “Damn, that guy can’t count, huh? He paid too much, even for tips.”
Naruto, who was already almost finished with his ramen, said, “Hey old man, I can follow the guy and give the extra money he paid, if that’s fine with you.”
“Well, Naruto, I guess you can do that for me. Also, the ramen is on the house.” Naruto’s eyes widened with glee as Teuchi said this. “Oh, here’s the change for the guy earlier.”
With one last gulp, Naruto grabbed the money and darted out of the restaurant, in hot pursuit of the silent cloaked man. As he went down the road, he ran into Inuzuka Kiba and Akamaru, both who were on their way home.
“Kiba! Thank goodness! I need your help!” Naruto said with relief. “Please sniff the bills and tell me the direction where the scent went!”
Kiba and Akamaru were perplexed, but nevertheless obliged. They pointed out that the scent went to the path towards the armory and supplies area. And so, Naruto dashed to the place after thanking the two. Upon arriving on the site however, he didn’t see the cloaked man anywhere. Instead he saw one of the ninja tasked in checking the armory and supplies looking angry and worried at the same time.
“Uh, have you seen a cloaked old guy pass by here?” Naruto asked the ninja with uncertainty. “He had two weird wrapped things on his back.”
“Oh yes, I saw that bastard! That guy had some nerve!” The ninja replied, taking Naruto aback. Noticing his questioning look, the ninja added, “He just slipped in here, examined our weaponry and after contemplating, he commented that we had ‘inferior weapons for war’. Then he tried to do something weird to one of the kunai that we have here! Good thing I dragged him out and told him to get lost.”
“Huh, strange guy, isn’t he?” said Naruto, and upon remembering his task, he added, “Wait, do you know where he went?”
The ninja pointed to the road that leads to the forest grounds. Naruto thanked the ninja and left.
“Damn, that old guy is really creepy and weird. But I don’t think there’s anything different from this kunai,” Naruto thought, while inspecting the kunai that the ninja gave because ‘it was touched by a stranger’. “Anyways, I wonder who the heck is he and what’s he doing here.”
It only took a few minutes until Naruto reached a wide opening in the middle of the forest. And he saw, standing straight and looking at the water, the cloaked man.
“I’ve noticed that you’ve been following me since you saw me in that restaurant,” the man began, but was interrupted by Naruto.

In the currently being rebuilt village of Konohagakure, specifically in the Ichiraku Ramen, a man with jet black and unkempt long hair, thick mustache and spiky sideburns, wearing black-lensed glasses, wrapped under a dusty grey hooded cloak adorned with green sash and two clear gems, and two linen-wrapped objects slung on his back, eats tonkotsu (pork bone) ramen. Teuchi, the owner, eyed his customer with suspicion.“Hey, you’re not from around here, are you?” Teuchi asked the customer.

I was only sent here by Old Man Teuchi because you paid too much and left without taking your change,” Naruto retorted while holding out his hand containing the money to the man. “And also, I’ve heard from one of the armory ninja that you did something to this kunai. Just what’s your purpose in this village?”
The cloaked man eyed the money cautiously, and then averted his gaze towards the kunai. He replied, “Just take the money as I have no use for it. Regarding the kunai, I merely stated a matter of fact. Now get lost, kid.”
At this reply, Naruto pocketed the money yet still held the kunai. “You still haven’t told me your purpose and what you did to the weapon,” Naruto said determinedly. “Or would you rather I beat it out of you?”
The cloaked man flinched, but stood his ground. He looked Naruto straight in the eye and said, “I am a weaponsmith. I travel through many countries in search of the perfect place to make my next masterpiece. The kunai you’re holding now, I just reinforced its quality and receptivity with Wind and Lightning release chakra. Now, are you satisfied?”
It took Naruto quite some time to swallow this new development. He looked at the tampered kunai and pulled out his own chakra blade. He ran his chakra through both weapons and noticed that the kunai had a better formation of the chakra than his own chakra blade. He then let his gaze meet the cloaked man’s and muttered, “I haven’t heard of a weaponsmith who travels countries. What’s your name?”
The cloaked man appeared to think about whether or not to answer the question. Apparently he decided to do so, as he replied with pride and dignity, “I am Momura Rouzuke, the best weaponsmith ever known to walk this earth! I can make any of the weapons you desire, for a certain sum of money of course!”
“I see.” The voice came from the shadows behind the trees. “No wonder you had a weird smell on you.”
“That voice, Kiba?” Naruto exclaimed as Kiba and Akamaru jumped out of their hiding place towards Rouzuke.
“Naruto! Get away from that man!” Another voice warned. It was Hyuuga Neji, and his Byakugan activated. “The chakra flow on his left arm is weird! He’s dangerous! Eight Trigrams: Empty Palm!”
From Neji’s palm out came a burst of chakra which Naruto and Rouzuke both dodged as Kiba and Akamaru were ready for the next technique. Rouzuke already started to weave seals.
“Let’s go, Akamaru! Man-Beast Clone Technique!” Kiba yelled, as Akamaru transformed into another Kiba. “Take this! Fang Over Fang!”
The two darted their attack towards Rouzuke, who removed his dusty cloak, pulled out two scrolls which had the words ‘Weapon’ on them and declared, “Ninja Tool Summoning Technique: Shield of Momura, Sword of Thought!”
A shield made of iron and a sword made of steel alloy came out of the scrolls. Before Kiba and Akamaru could react, Rouzuke added, “Steel Release: Metal Forging, Impervious Armour!”
These reinforced the durability of the sword and shield. Rouzuke then proceeded to block and the Fang Over Fang attack, and tried to counter with the sword which made both Kiba and Akamaru pull back, but it was far from over. Neji positioned himself, ready to use another Gentle Fist move. Naruto also started to weave the Shadow Clone Replication seal.
“You’re finished! Eight Trigrams: Sixty-Four Palms!”
At first, Neji thought his attack connected, but he was purely mistaken. Rouzuke released his summoning as soon as he noticed Neji strike a stance. Rouzuke followed with weaving seals for a Swift release technique.
“Swift Release: Shadowless Flight!” In an instant, Rouzuke avoided Neji’s strikes and countered him, but Naruto backed Neji up, his Shadow Clone making the familiar hand motions.
“You bastard! Eat this!” Naruto’s technique connected. “Giant Spiralling Sphere!”
Rouzuke was flung towards the forest and slammed to the trees with shattering noise because of the force. Yet in a few moments, he was back on his feet, unscathed by the Spiralling Sphere. The Konoha ninja were astonished, but Naruto used Shadow Replication again and continued to dash towards Rouzuke. Neji, Kiba and Akamaru followed his lead. Kiba used Fang Over Fang again, as Naruto proceeded to dash towards their opponent.
Naruto’s clones all wielded Spiralling Spheres. “Damn it! Let’s see you survive this! Ultra-Many Spiralling Spheres!”
A Fang Over Fang and Spiralling Sphere combination produced a very loud explosion to Rouzuke’s current position. Naruto and Kiba pulled back, with Neji trying to assess the situation with his Byakugan.
“I can’t believe this. He’s still alive. His chakra in his left arm is really weird, even his eyes. Just who and what the heck is he?” Neji commented as he scanned the spot where the attacks connected. Rouzuke appeared to dash out of the rubble. “And why does he have two Bloodline Limits?”
Naruto and Kiba didn’t understand what Neji said, yet they all foresaw an incoming attack. Neji struck a stance, ready to use his Rotation.
Rouzuke, while in the air, weaved hand seals. “Swift Release: Demon Wind Shuriken Formation!”
He produced six clones, all of which landed and surrounded the three Konoha ninja. They formed a circle, after which they started weaving seals at top speed.
“Shit, this is bad,” Neji thought. He said, “They have us surrounded. And the real one is still in mid-air. Naruto, Kiba, take care of the ones on the ground, I’ll have the one in the air.”
Both agreed and started to target the clones, while Neji bounded up in the air in an attempt to hit the real Rouzuke with his Eight Trigrams: Mountain Crusher. But they were too late, as the clones finished their seal weaving.
Each of the clones summoned one Demon Wind Shuriken, which they simultaneously threw towards Naruto, Kiba and Akamaru. The three dodged the incoming danger, but the clones had something else to follow. Neji and the others looked at Rouzuke with horror on their faces.To be continued...
