In the aboce picture the Naruto's chakra they are talking about is the kyuubi cloak covering their body. eventhough it's kurama's they recognize it as Naruto's
The abosrbed chakra wil cover sasuke's hand at the pint he going to pierce Naruto . This kyuubi cloak will be an hindrance to chidori.

Why naruto need to control the chakra cloak over Sasuke's hand. It will simply act as an hindrance against chidori. whether he controled it or not

Sorry for the late replyHe can control it but he won't notice the cloak. Until he thinks that why chidori don't work

TBH I do think that he can control beasts but he can't control chakra cloak which has no life or feeling

Naruto transfered chakra to them and controlled it. Sasuke is using the preta path to actually absorb the chakra and use it as his own.
