The Abilities of the Rinnegan? Anyone know

I have been very lost as to what prowess the rinnegan bring to the user, what are its abilities? We're the abilities of the pain brought from having the rinnegan? Does that mean madara could have those abilities plus more since he awakened the eyes? Is the order sharingan, mangekyo sharingan, eternal mangekyo sharingan, rinnegan? Does that mean if u elavate to rinnegan you can use all of the abilities from mangekyo plus more? I saw madara use susano, is it safe to assume he can use Amaterasu, tsukuyomi and izanami and izanagi? What exactly is the ability of SHISUIS eye? Kotoamatsuki (it's something spelled like that)? I have so many questions, can anyone answer them? Do u think OBITO can't use susano, Amaterasu and tsukuyomi ? Maybe cause he doesn't have both eyes? Could shisui use them?

From what i can tell the rinnegan gives the 6 paths of the sage abilities, it also allows the user to master all elemental jutsu. IT also allowes the user to see what other rinnegan users are seeing.

But as for definative abilities im not that sure either.

I just realized the answer. The rinnegan is capable of copying ANY jutsu, including kekkei genkai, along with the abilities shown by Nagato/Pain. Let me explain. Jiraiya stated that Nagato mastered all chakra natures at the age of 10. With mastery of the chakra natures, Nagato can combine the elements to mimic kekkei genkai, but that's speculation on my part. What do you guys think?
