Zephyr got his arm cut off before his defection, which should be in his 50-60's, now he is 72...
So there is no possible way that the new warlord a year later cut Zephyr.
It had to be one of the original warlords in Rogers execution.
Mihawk, Moria, Doflamingo, and Crocodile.

We're not even sure if that will be a swordsman, Daz Bones and Kuro and cutting guys as well...but Zoro is on shichibukai level so the new guy shouldn't be much of a problem

Because most swordsmen and cutting opponents have been a rival of Zoro so far
I hope Daz Bones come back even stronger, he really got Zoro up the bridge.
I mean cutting Iron,Steel, or which other is really significant.
He would have great battles in the new world if anything.
But ya, I agree that the new warlord shouldn't be too much of a problem considering Zoro's level.
I think Zoro is high warlord level, which is below the Mihawk and Kuma level.

The 7th Shichibukai should be admiral level. What would be the point in hiding his identity if he wasn't anything special?
Maybe because he is relevant to Luffy pre timeskip.
Look at what happened when they introduce Blackbeard to as the new Warlord.
His name was kept hidden too, yet you don't believe that he's admiral level too

Name someone pre-TS that could have become a Shichibukai and is known by Luffy. Also, the 7th Warlord cut off Zephyr's arm.Maybe because he is relevant to Luffy pre timeskip.
