That is right because Tsunade did such a great job and has been the most powerful ninja in history, then therefore she should be the Hokage twice. Although this is impossible I believe it should be so. Tsunade could easily take any of the Hokage's in battle.

Hashirama - Same powers as Tsunade, Tsunade is like the late model car, so she is therefore better than Hashirama

Tobirama- No one knows anything about him except that he created Edo Tensai which Tsunade probably knows how to destroy, but is choosing to have a little fun with Madara.

Hiruzen- could kill the old geezer with one herculean punch.

Minato- Mitotic restoration gives her infinite chances to land a hit, Minato relies too heavily on his Kunais and with a brilliant mind like Tsunades, Minato would pail in comparison.

Tsunade- The fifth Hokage version appeared to be a lame duck sort, however with her newly revealed mitotic restoration Tsunade would kill herself so quickly that she wouldn't know what hit herself.
