The 5th Shinobi Ninja War

Obito was able to come back from death using Kamui to give Kakashi his chakra if only for a little while. It's safe to assume that u keep your chakra and jutsu in the afterlife.

There's a lot of ninja in the afterlife now with a lot of pent up aggression towards one another. Is there a 5th Shinobi War currently going on between the dead? If so, it may be the most intense war as no one can die or run out of chakra.

Well, in Sakumo's case he wasn't happy in death which led him to seclusion till he found peace.

I would apply that knowledge to every other dead shinobi as well.
