Orochimaru is the smartest, one example is he was the only one who knew that Tobi was not Madara. So why is he not on there?

I don't hate sasuke at all but : are you mad ? Sasuke doesn't even uses his head anymore. He only uses brute force like susanoo. even naruto uses his head to fight.:sy: sasuke doesn't deserve to be in the top5
