1. Gaara
Insane feat from the beginning of Shippuden. Didn't have a lot of epic battle feats (other than...the fact that wow, he totally did.) but had many cool moments from the Kage Summit til taking on Madara- twice, once as a Sage.
2. Kabuto Yakushi
Even if we don't debate the validity or 'cool factor' of Edo tensei then Kabuto still has a great if subtle backstory (appropriately given during an appropriate time in the series) an AMAZING HUGE MOVESET. The superior elitist attitude that Uchiha fans flock to. He's monstrously strong and even if you don't wanna go into Character Psychology then there's a lot of love to be give her from the strongest summoning in the series (a snake the size of a country) to Sound Phantom Chain & like, 5 ways of invulnerability.
3. Nagato
A showcase for the Rinnegan- people underrate the red head and the 6 paths of pain constantly. Used to be heralded as the ultimate badass of the Narutoverse is now completely forgotten. Animal Path summonings, the elegant 'f*ck off' nature of Shinra Tensei and the Gedo Mazu's true potential unlocked was beautiful.
4. Sai
Unsung badass. Look at that. Why did nobody care? He took out Deidara and Sasori out in a single badass strike. He's a hugely convenient plot device in the novels & the movies and his proficiency as a spy, flight and intel is amazingly cool and interesting.
5. Hashirama
This man isn't the boring plank of wood that I used to think he was. A man with such humility that even as the strongest person in the world bowed his head and pleaded the world to work together just for the sake of peace. The giant Sword fighting style along with giant shuriken, wood dragons, the attack that creates an entire sleeping forest? that my sh*t
