Fixed that.

Gaara - Gave him an improvement in handseals because he's been using them alot more and more efficiently during the war (using that pyramid sealing technique).

Raikage - A - Hasn't really shown to have any exceptional ninjutsu tech's, which is why I reduced it down to 3.

Mei - She doesn't possess that high a level of taijutsu and she didn't fight as much as the other kages in the war and was still exhausted fighting Madara, so I don't think her stamina's as high as you stated either.

Onoki - I'm sure I remember seeing him lifting up that whole turtle island thing by himself? that surely warrants a 5 in strength. He's also been fighting harder than any other kage, so I think he deserves a 5 for stamina.

Tsunade - I disagree with her current data book score, but I doubt Kishi would weaken her in the next one so I won't bother changing her score.

Nagato - He definately wasn't that slow. He isn't the quickest, but a healthy Nagato deserves a 2.5 for speed at least.

In general, I tend to take no notice of the data book due to many inconsistencies within it when comparing characters, however if I was to score each of those ninja, it would be something as above.
