It is out, but only in the cinema. They're waiting for the DVD version to come out for the best quality. (+recording a cinema movie is prohibited :flaw: )

Something liek june/july this year it releases on dvd so we should have a long awaited subbed version august at the latest !

dude, even 2nd and 3rd shippuuden movies aren´t dubbed yet, but if you´re waiting for sub version than i think it will be in april or something like that
