Sakura and ino weren't truly friends before . Sakura always felt less than ino and ino never saw her as equal sakura was the girl who cant protect herself or her friends who follow ino around and ino protect her instead. Is that friendship to you?

That feeling sakura has happened before she even like sasuke .after that They didn't break up they became Rivals.

Its different . She wants to be her rival to be her equal .

Sakura really seemed to have a grudge against Ino. Even in part 2(the InoSai moment). They are not rival like Kakashi and Gai where there is no strife between them.
