Plan All The Way To The End

'All's Well That Ends Well' was true over 400 years ago and it is still true today. So plan all the way to the end. Take into account all the possible consequences, obstacles, and twists of fortune.

By planning to the end you will not be overwhelmed by circumstances and you will know when to stop.  This level of foresight comes only to those able to control their emotions amid the chaos.

Itachi orchestrated the entire battle with Sasuke. His true purpose was not to kill Sasuke, but rather to rid Sasuke of the curse seal and grant him the Mangekyou Sharingan.

The point of this law is to aim for a goal and then keep to it. Nothing is more critical to the maintenance of power.
