Enter Action With Boldness

Being timid is dangerous, your doubts and hesitations will infect your actions. It's always better to enter with boldness.

When you enter with boldness you are going on the aggressive. You’re playing offence instead of defense. You capture the attention of all and can even invoke fear.

Kabuto tries to explain that his jutsu has no weakness, but he is interrupted by Itachi who makes it unequivocally clear that 'every jutsu has a weak point'. The conviction behind his words leave no room for any doubt.

The point of this law is that execution is everything. Establish your authority through boldness.
