Do Not Build A Fortress To Defend Yourself

The world is dangerous and enemies are everywhere — everyone has to protect themselves. However, if you intend to build a fortress to "protect" you from your enemies, think again. You are only more susceptible to danger than you know it.
Understand: Isolation exposes you to more dangers than it protects you from — it cuts you off from valuable information and makes you an easy target. It's better to circulate among allies, and even your enemies, and mingle. You are shielded by the crowd.

Sasuke arrives at Orochimaru's base to gain power and Orochimaru gets closer to fulfilling his aspiration. Itachi uncovers these growing threats by keeping close tabs on the Akatsuki and using their intel.
The point of this law is that power depends on social interaction and circulation. Use that to guard yourself against plotting outsiders.
Lessons from Robert Greene blended with the life of Uchiha Itachi.
