"calls on the DNA of Minato"? You don't "call on" the DNA, you take it from the corpse. That's why Kabuto talked about grave robbing when he showed off his army to Obito. Orochimaru found Minato's grave, took a DNA sample (Minato's body wasn't sealed in the Death God so there was a grave) and tried to Edo Tensei him but, poof, didn't work.
The 3rd coffin was definately Minato. Look at this picture from the anime.

The symbol on the middle coffin is FOUR in kanji, meaning it's the Fourth Hokage's coffin. Although Kishi isn't directly making the anime, you think he'd let an ENORMOUS mistake (if it was actually Madara) like that pass?

I'm sure he did, and probably using this story which we are discussing to cover up that area. What villains say aren't always true, like how Obito calls himself Madara and everyone believed him.

Yes thats the part where it gives me a cliffhanger. I think Orochimaru is using Madara as a distraction(Seeing how every Shinobi is there) to do something, probably something we don't know about yet.

As Orochimaru said, Kabuto never tried to resurrect him, Sasuske did. I dont think they (oro and kabuto) were working together after Oro died, b/c Kabuto was celebrating finally becoming "stronger" than Orochimaru, and never revived him. If Sasuke could do this, so could Orochimaru

According to this jutsu, the thread assumption is wrong.
When Edo Tensei is performed, the "soul" from the Dead is brought back to life immediately during the ritual. If this was Minato, when Orochimaru did the ritual for the Kages (Orochimaru obviously did the ritual before attacking Konoha) when he used Minato's blood he would have known right then and there during the ritual that he could NOT get his body.
Remember the ritual that Kabuto showed "Tobi"? This proves you have to do that process first BEFORE you are able to summon that Edo. And during the ritual is when the edo is summoned for the 1st time, along with the sacrifice that is given.
If you think that rooftop was the 1st time Orochimaru summoned the Kage, you are wrong. He had to have done this during the ritual to get the Soul to begin with. So no it was never Minato. They obviously had Madara's body, it was Madara dude.

As I just answered this. Oros edo tensei is different from Kabutos....
And Oro also needed to insert the "command" seals after summoning, so he hadn't summoned before, he simply prepared the sealing contract with a dead person, who had Minatos DNA on him U_U
after reading the comments i have come to a conclusion
the creator of this threat is clearly undenial and wants to stick with his theory, he has no facts to back his theory up all his saying is "what if kabuto was lying." he just comes up with the most random and most unlikely opinions to try to back up his theory.
most of the people who have commented have brought many facts of how kabuto even said that it was the forth on the coffin, they even showed us manga scan.
