[Discussion] The 2nd Resurreccion

Since the current power of the remaining Arrancar may most likely not be enough to defeat any of the SR's, and adding the fact that most of the people fighting against the Vandenreich are getting power-ups, does anyone think that Nel, Harribel and ofc Grimmjow - assuming he's the one who helped Urahara and was standing in the shadows behind Chad - will attain a Second Resurreccion? I think that Nel & Grimmjow will have it but not Harribel, since she's locked up.

So if you think any of them will:
-What could/would they look like?
-How strong will they get?
ETC...

I want to at least see Nel fight some more before getting a 2nd Resurreccion. With all the fans Grimmjow has, I can definitely see him getting one.

Wait, she might not even get a 2nd one since her body won't be able to handle all that Reiatsu, thus it'll lead to her turning into a child.

Yeah it's likely he's got a second form...I can't imagine why he wouldn't especially now the enemies are this strong.
