IMO, The Second Mizukage is highly underated.

His Genjutsu is one of the most impressive in the series; from what we saw of it, even experienced shinobi cannot escape unless they destrot the clam. Sharigan COULD help, but I don't know, it seems like a constant genjutsu.

But the point of him beating Tobi/Obito is Joki Boy; Joki Boy is too fast and Obito can't tag it. Eventually, he'll run out of Kamui and Joki Boy will get him.

I agree that it would be an interesting fight, but the outcome is clear...Tobi wins, why ??? Because he has two most powerful dojutsus - both Sharingan and Rinnegan can see chakra and so as stated above, the genjutsu would not be a problem...Jokei boi might cause him a bit trouble, however he can find the weakend mizukage with his eyes...plus we are talking about a person who let a bijju dama slip right through him...so...well

To think that the Mizukage has an attack that can attack Obito CONTINUOUSLY for 5 minutes is simply ridiculous. Obito can find small windows to become tangible, effectively restarting the time limit. Also, you didn't take the Gedo Mazo and the 6 Jins into account.

He ST or CT's you with Rinnegan. He controls you with his powerful Genjutsu, Harms you with his Fire techs or he locks you for infinity in the Uchiha Kaenjin.
