i think its the same tech.... its flying thunder god period. maybe not the same way as minato with seals and such.

I mean if my japanese is a little rusty but I believe the literal def was "flying thunder god slash" I think the attack works differently than minatos but it is still a s/t ninjutstu. If kishi named his and minatos tech nearly the same and it turned out that they were different it would be a pretty big troll moment.
