As we all should know worms, slugs and snails have special abilities to recover fast. As we seen Tsunade has this ability. As we heard from Madara, the 1st had it too. So the conclusion is: Tsunade and Hashi were trained by slugs to recover (i always missspell slug with ****)
It is also very clear now, why Hashi has Woodjutsu, slugs live in the woods naturally. Also are earth and water very sluggy.

I think their is a sagte mode for ever animal summon but i dont think she has trained in it cause as it seems these places to train are next to impossible to find on your own and it isnt ganurteed that her slug has ever brought back tsunade with her to where ever the slug lives
