Firstly, he ruins Sasuke's looks and makes him look like a Madara clone,

Madara isn't ugly and neither is Sasuke. The guy is 32 now, he doesn't have to look the same as he did when he was 17 and younger. Nothing wrong with a change. All the characters had their looks altered. Some even became uglier (Anko, Gaara, Kankuro, etc), be glad this isn't the case for Sasuke.

secondly he makes him pair up with Sakura of all things(I REFUSE TO CALL HER A HUMAN AND I WILL NEVER EVER DEFEND HER!!).

Most popular pairing. Kishimoto gave into fan demand instead of leaving him alone. Not too much of a problem (Being a mangaka is Kishimoto's job... he has to care about fan demand. Not surprising that he let it decide something he didn't care much for in this series, like romance).

You don't need to defend Sakura either. Just because some Sasuke fans hopped the bandwagon doesn't mean you all do.

He left before she could remember him... meaning when she was practically a baby. He doesn't know what his daughter looks like and had just seen Shin, so it's natural to be suspicious. People are just baiting. That's what Naruto and Sasuke fans always do with each other for every chapter.

The only thing truly negative was not contacting Sakura or Sarada for 12 years, but that is in-character for Sasuke. Sasuke as a loving father/husband is fanfic until otherwise shown on panel. People just got their hopes up and were disappointed. Sasuke was presented in this series as stoic/cool, the series will end with him being that way. He's not going to get all sentimental.
