pretty much its a opposite of shinra tensei IMO

it is a focused attack to knock the enemy back
instead of shinra tensei that actually uses the defense and force fields around the person and pushes them back
or the expansion of shinra tensei when pain destroyed konoha

so like I said it is possibly an opposite to shinra tensei

focused power for an offensive maneuver which knocked the bijuus on there ass

ahh another reason why it could be opposite member when pain ran and jumped up between the frogs Naruto summoned and used shinra tensei just to blow them away he did all the trouble cause that's all he knew how to blow them away with full chakra force
