At this point is really mess up, i dont know whos the main whos the branch clan, Toneri said to be branch because hinata is the main but Urashiki is branch considering he call Toneri as lord, how about Momoshiki he clearly the leader of 3 of them since Kinishiki call him as sama and he will fight Naruto and Sasuke. But Momoshiki is still a servant for someone which still dont know who yet.

I think all of them may be the rebels of branch clans and want to change its fate, non of them is the true main clans but i'm sure only Hinata, Kaguya which soft as hell (maybe Momoshiki?) is the real main together with thier offsprings.
