In the latest chapter Black Zetsu mentioned that time.So I wondered about it and this is all we know about it.
-Very Charka intensive it may even drain Kaguya.
What else Kaguya does that is charka intensive-dimension hopping.In the first chapter of her return she dimension hopped and she kept doing so up until now.According to Black Zetsu it uses alot of charka.So what I think she is gonna do at that time is open a huge,gargantuan dimensional portal,she and her soon to be army may go throught or something might come out.
When will that time happen you ask?That time probably is affected by outside forces beyond Kaguya's power like the alignment of all planets or dimensions.
I will later write a theory about where is she and her army might go or what will come out.
