I've always thought that it could be possible that Obito used his Kamui (out of instinct) that time because Madara said that it looked like that he slipped away from that rock. ... But since it's a MS abilitie, it's not possible because he gathered his MS after seeing Rins death. ... But maybe he used Mini Kamui or something like that : P Who knows Lol.
