Base Rasengan and Chidori tied in a clash, Minato can use Senpou Rasengan with Ma and Pa aiding him, do the math.

He has the exact same sage mode as Naruto, STFU about no feats, we know what sage modes capabilities are. Anyone with basic common logic will assume Minato knows all of the basics of Sage mode and is much better at it than even Jiraiya. Its a Mode, not a Ninjutsu that requires feats to judge its power. We know anyone who has mastered sage mode essentially frog sage mode can use Frog Kumite. Add Senjutsu chakra to their normal techniques. And are overall Stronger, faster, and can sense chakra.

With FTG Sage mode is even more OP.

Also Minato can defeat Ay in combat. "All he has is a base rasengan" Lol he has a perfected larger rasengan that he can add senjutsu chakra too at will. Ay got owned by Killer bees Lariat.... Minato doesn't need to slash Ay when he can just smash a rasengan in his Face before he can even think of what just happened.
