...but Sasuke's. Or even Sarada's (if that was an umbilical cord and Karin were obsessed with Sasuke to the point of keeping something from his child). Hence the match.
We don't even get a good glance at what exactly Suigetsu grabbed. And the nukenin himself didn't look all too concerned with what he was using for the DNA test, anyway. In fact, he is even uncertain as to what it came from, given he thinks "but" and "I thought"
---> "I thought this was from when Karin was born, but..." -Suigetsu
:/
"My desk is a part of me, that's why no one is allowed to just go touching it!!!"- Karin
Why would her own DNA be embarrassing? Who keeps their own DNA in their drawer?
^It's not embarrassing. And no one has a reason to do so.
She probably just had something from Sasuke (or was present at Sarada's birth and took her umbilical cord), she has gone as far as to keep Sasuke's dirty/torn clothing in the past. And her infatuation for Sasuke being found/mentioned by others was the only thing that upset her in Shippuden. This time she just had... whatever was in that panel from him. xD
To top it off, Karin is alive and well- at another hideout according to Suigetsu. So, she would be able to take care of her own child if Sarada were really her's.
So yeah. I'm actually a person who would prefer for Sarada to be Karin's biological child since the story would take a more interesting turn imo, but this looks like a red herring. She's probably still biologically an SS kid. The manga supposedly leads into the movie, so not many chapters are left to explain a plot twist like this. Sarada is just being used as a plot device for drama now, she'll find out she's loved by both Sakura and Sasuke by the end of this and SS will be a happy family. Since that's the way Kishimoto does things (drama---> happy ending).
