"That" Jutsu?

I've been reading the manga, and watching the show for a while now and I have a question. Do we have ANY idea as to what "that" Jutsu is? I haven't even found a sliver of a hint as to what it might be. Am I missing something?

No, it's some mysterious jutsu that the Toads of Mt Myobuki and Naruto know about.

I was certain it's been mentioned at least a couple other times, but I'm having difficulty finding it. And you might be right, it could be something to do with Rasengan, they've stated repeatedly that it's an incomplete jutsu, and not once yet have they said "You completed it!" Even after Naruto developed the Rasen-Shuriken with it.
