Naruto is assumed to have learned "that jutsu" from Ero-Sennin. Maybe he will use his cloak to sprout chain from the entire alliance..? I don't know. I've always thought "that jutsu" had something to do with Kurama..so who knows. It makes sense in a way..."damn you uzumaki's, ruining my plan again"...Creating an opening for TNJ to be applied as well because Madara is just lonely. (lol)

"That jutsu" more closely translates to 'that power' and the entire significance around explaining it was the danger it posed to others. The fact that the general use of the kyuubi chakra resulted in letting Kurama control his mental state causing the line between friend and foe to blur is the answer to 'that jutsu'.

It is simply the general use of the Kyuubi chakra overall, nothing more.
