Idk if this was posted before, but couldnt that jutsu be Biju mode ? Minato predicted Naruto will open his seal so he put Kushina in there, and he gave him the "key" to biju mode, basically a key to open the seal.

It cant be rasenshuriken because by the chapter 489 naruto already knows it, so it must be something else, and it would make sense if its biju mode

I think it has something to do with narutos seal in order for naruto to complete that ninjutsu he has to have access to all of kuramas yang chakra,jiraiya said that minato split the yin and yang for a reason
I think the reason is that minato wants to give naruto the sages body,which is life-force and yang chakra
