Naruto said he could further perfect "That Jutsu" with Sage Mode, and what did he do with RasenShuriken? He perfected it..
Jiraiya says not to use it for some reason, and hes right, it injures Naruto's hands when he uses it so mayby thats what he was talking about?

I think the perfection in Sage Mode makes it so it doesn't hurt Naruto as much because he's vitually imperviuos to damage xD
Jiraiya would say to Naruto "Don't use "That Jutsu" because he knew it would injure Naruto, he didn't know that Naruto knew how to enter Sage Mode so yeah.

nope, disagrea, since naruto only learned about his nature element (wind) after that warning of jiraya. befor kakashi mentioned it naruto never even conciderd advancing rasengan by ading a nature element.

Dude seriously...rasenshuriken. Naruto didn't even learn Rasenshuriken from Jiraiya he learned it with Kakashi and Yamato's help. To our knowledge Jiraiya doesn't know anything about the Rasenshuriken, so Jiraiya wouldn't tell Naruto not to use a technique that he hasn't heard of and Naruto didn't know how to do yet.

ok with naruto he normally would use the rasenshuriken like a normal rasengan but in sage mode he was able to throw it and thats what he meant by perfecting it so now it has none of the draw backs from the first time he used it

I thought that Jirayia was warning Naruto about the kyuubi¨s chakra. Personally think that Naruto would have used "That Jutsu" against Nagato if he had some secret tech.

Jirayia was the one who re-sealed and opened Naruto´s four element seal a bit with the key he got from his former student Minato because he wanted Naruto to get used and controlled to the kyuubi´s chakra

At the time Jiraya said this to Naruto, Naruto was months before Jiraiya death and Naruto becoming a Sage. When Naruto became a Sage the Natural energies of Sage Mode tock away all chances of RFS hurting Naruto. No the Jutsu is Tail Beast Bomb Rassengan.

naruto wasnt practicing tail beast bomb rasegan with jiraya. when jiraya warned naruto not to use that jutsu he was talking about the fox. cuz he warned kakashi about it and tsunade and yamato he even told them the story of when naruto attacked him in that kyuubi mode (4tails)

Using the Fox chakra wile the Fox still control it and Naruto had not having control of the seal

That jutsu has something to do with the nine tails. That much is evident. If it was mastering the nine tails, I think Naruto would have acknowledged that fact upon mastering the nine tails' chakra.
