This Juubi is nothing more than the walking shell.

Both have something in coming.
That Bulb on its back.

Mdara summoned it back to Earth i think. either way its still the vessel of the ten tails, the juubi. so even if it isnt the real body, the fact that the chakra of the tailed beasts can be sealed inside it suggests that a new body for the juubi can be created.
