Already answered it above though also Kurama alters the chakra for Naruto while Naruto alters the chakra that he recieved from Kurama to fit others. Still in each phase it maintains its potency

Also a to color means squat. I have seen base Naruto use yellow rasengan and KCM Naruto use blue rasengan. I don't even think they care anymore

Kishi originally intended for Naruto to have Yellow chakra. He even said as much in a chapter when he described his chakra as "yellow" and the Kyuubi's as "red" to Jiraiya. The anime made Naruto's chakra blue, and Kishi eventually went with it, simply because fans were used to it.

To those saying it was a normal resengan it was actually a Wind Release: Rasengan.
Sasuke was going to paralyze naruto with the initial hit and have him get consumed by the flames.
Remember naruto's chakra cloak takes the blunt hit of any attack for him.
So sasuke had to cover his initial attack so his amaterasu which noted earlier only worked as a distraction could actually get through to him.

Unfortunately for sasuke fuuton counters raiton.After the initial blow ama was intensified by the wind.

It then went on to engulf them both.
