Well, if we are to consider the damage juubi had, then he should heve been really pissed off from the time when he took its own bijuudama as well. Honestly, i think that bijuudama should make more damage than the combo attack.

But doesn't juubi need to gather more chakra to enter final stage? Right now, it spreads his clones which are as big as the kuchiyose summons right now. Also it has pretty serious damages as well. When we look the matter from this angle, then it shouldn't be able to enter the final stage because it used a lot of chakra and must deal with the damage it took. Just a theory though...

But I really rather seeing its final form and the crazy attacks which we all heard about. Then no one will have time to think about who is evil or not
