You don't need to move to take chakra. He is inside of Naruto chakra, all he had to do is absorbs it. Remember when Sasuke took Kurama chakra from naruto in VotE2? his arm had the red aura. Sasuke whole body got hit here, so he just absorbs the chakra around him, which happen to be Naruto.

This is exactly what happened.

If anything Kurama healed him without Naruto knowing that's why he was surprised or becuz of the speed rate

Yup. Proof? After they did their combo attack, you see Naruto holding him as they came down. meaning Sasuke went through extra length to heal himself with Naruto/Kurama's chakra, then break out Susanno armors/weapon right after.

If Naruto had directly healed Sasuke himself, Sasuke wouldn't had been looking tired as he was when they came down from final attack.

That shows that Sasuke was in control the whole time. Naruto just supplied the chakra for Sasuke to use to heal himself.
