How do I thank a random post I can't see it is it because im on a tablet ? Like say if someone makes a thread and I like a post replying to that thread how do I like it like YouTube vidz get likes

You can't, simple as that. The Thanks button is for threads only.

Edit: Unless you're talking about normal +Reps of course, in which case you simply press the star in the bottom left corner of the post.
