We already knew that Sasuke evil nature have come to an end when edo Itachi and the edo kages give him a series of tnj.Sasuke's EMS power could not develop since he was thinking good by saving the shinobi alliaince,becomming a hokage and stopping the corrupted sytem generally.In the pass,Sasuke hatred which cause him to develop all his occular jutsu in a short time frame battles against dediara(genjutsu variation),killerbee(amaterasu and tsukyomi),A(ribcage susano),gaara team (skeleton susnao),Danzo(complete susano),kakashi (final form susano),zetsu (ems susano) etc
Yes,i am happy that Naruto current power up make Sasuke jealous because he will generate hatred to stimilate his EMS to awaken it powers.Tobirama already stated that the uchiha clan power lies with hatred which affect some part in their brain inorder order for them to get stronger.

In addition,Sasuke have not shown his final form susano and Hashirama already inform him about Perfect susano capabilities in their final battle.I believe Sasuke is powerful but in this context of battle against jubito he lack Senjutsu.There could be a possibility that whatever EMS occular power Sasuke awaken will help him fight Jubito
