It is now clear as day that Prime Madara > Kaguya.
Kishi said the truth after all that Madara is perfect and has no weakness, so he needed to use Plot no jutsu and asspull no jutsu to replace him with a weaker villan.
I mean even Sakura was able to hit Kaguya. Besides is dimesion shifting all she can do?
So it is obvious now that no one (except Prime Hagoromo maybe?) can defeat Madara in a one on one battle.
