If it weren't for Lord Itachi no one would be available to defeat Kaguya!

Itachi saved Sasuke by inspiring Kabuto.

Itachi saved Naruto from his soul being extracted by Nagato's Rinne Ningendo.

Without Itachi saving Sasuke and Naruto their would be no Sasuke and Naruto available thus no one to defeat Kaguya thus the destruction of NarutoVerse!

Doesn't matter. They could play their part all day but if Naruto and Sasuke were never saved by Nv's Saviour then all of their "Parts" would be in vain and worthless... They played their parts because Itachi saved Naruto and Sasuke. Without that their would be no parts to play...lol
