That's exactly what I noticed on exactly the same thread.

I guess it's just that the mods/admins can put a thanks button on a post, so probably CM. either that, or the problems with NB currently created it on accident.

Admins can, mods can't. The Thanks plugin's permissions has to be edited for that section, any threads posted there will have a thank button for each post. I'll forward this to an admin.

That's what I was thinking too, but I was confused who did it as tree were no admins on the thread.
