Thane's Theories - The Fight and the near Future

Hello everyone

So, what a chapter. Not as fulfilling as many of us had hoped but it still managed to get us psyched till next week. I, for one, would like to know what you think will happen in the near future and I would like to know what you think of my theories.

Overview:

Obito and Madara vs Naruto, Guy, Kakashi and Killer B.

Obito - Shows no signs of fatigue (even though he controlled six Tailed Beasts and used other tech...)

Madara - Immortal and infinite chakra - but cracks in his face and armor. Could be a clone for intel/require assistance (although this seems unlikely). Maybe Kabuto managed to do something with the Edo Tensei to redeem himself? Also unlikely, however.

Kakashi - Near death's door. No chakra left

Killer B - Injured.

Naruto and Guy - Alive and kickin'.

Additional info:

Sasuke and Orochimaru off on an adventure.

Orochimaru has stated interest in Sasuke's body and disinterest in the war.

Sasuke wants to meet 'The One who knows Everything'. Unknown entity.

Sasuke's revenge plans still remain. However, said person looked shocked when he heard Edo Madara was still alive.

Konoha 11 are on their way to Naruto's position.

Kishimoto has stated that everyone's favorite character will 'shine brightly'. The author has also confirmed that Sasuke and Naruto will meet once more during the war

So, with this in mind, what do you think will happen?

My number one theory is:

We will get additional info regarding the fate of the Kage, how Obito and Madara know each other and/or more about Obito's past and motives before they start fighting again.

The Konoha 11 will most likely appear when things look dark and actually turn the tide. This will most likely upset some people but hey, they're the main support characters.

However, it will still not be enough and after an eventual character death/imminent death, Sasuke appears (with/without Orochimaru).

Naruto and Sasuke form the ultimate tag team and defeat Madara and Obito.

They're too late to stop the Ten Tails however, thus effectively starting the next story arc.

Alternate ending: Obito sacrifices himself to stop the Ten Tails, redeeming himself in the process.

Theory number 2, the less likely scenario:

It starts just like theory number one: Obito and Madara share som info so we're not completely in the dark.

However, Madara and Obito are not enough for Naruto's new powers (with/without the help from the Konoha 11) and manages to almost defeat the Uchiha duo until Sasuke appears, making it The Uchiha vs The Shinobi World.

The Uchiha eventually defeat Naruto and co, but the Ten Tails breaks loose. Obito has overestimated his own powers and is killed.

Realizing they're about to die, Sasuke and Naruto team up to defeat the Ten Tails.

Theory 3, the least likely scenario:

Just like the other two, more info about Obito and Madara first.

The Madara that appeared was merely a clone he sent away before he freed himself of the Edo Tensei, which would explain the cracks. It was sent to gather intel and talk to Obito about their plans. The real Madara is still fighting the Kage.

Naruto, however, quickly defeats Obito. Madara notices and fears Naruto's new powers and comments his resemblance to Hashirama. He dispels the clone so the real Madara gets all the juicy info his clone collected.

The real Madara tries to support Obito and the Ten Tails but is stopped by the Kage.

Naruto and co manage to defeat the Ten Tails before it reaches full power.

The story shifts to Sasuke, who is about to learn whatever it is from the one who knows everything.

The Sasuke vs Naruto fight draws near.

So what do you think? Plausible? Do you have your own theories? Thanks for reading.

Do I? I didn't know that. Maybe one or two but it's not something I actually think about.

Good idea though, it makes everything sound much more official. I might just start doing that.

I don't know, i guess i'm a inquisitive person. If i'm wondering about something i will ask regardless if its in real life or over the internet.

Yeah i tend to notice little things, so i'm probably over analyzing there.

As for your original thread it was a interesting read however its more of a set of predictions rather than a theory. Honestly i would be content with Madara and Obito's connection being established with never seen before flash backs and then Madara and Tobi to dominate the fight completely. Though Madara only being a clone to confer a few things with Tobi.

It would be epic if Madara reveals himself as the true creator of the Eye of the Moon Plan and effectively hijacks the Juubi after its resurrection.

As for the redemption on Obito's part, that would be terribly cliche'd

Obito won't stop the Juubi by killing himself since it isn't his his summon anymore. Further Naruto won't beat Edo Madara even in a 1on1. Funny enough to think he would pose a problem for both Uchihas. The Uchiha will probably hold a talk before starting a new action, which will start probably in the end of the manga.

It's funny that Madara has managed to reach Obitos battlefield before the alliance though fighting the Kages before. Btw I see no reason for Madara sending out a clone before instead of reaching the battlefiled on his own. As clearly seen, the Kages aren't posing a treat for him anymore.

I see that Kishimoto is going by the story of Star Wars, Obito is Anakin and Madara Palpatine lol.
Also, Obito reminds me Zuko from Avatar due to his scars :'D.
