Can I add skills to a canon bio it hasn't used in the manga/anime if I have learned them?
You are free to use any of the 5 Elements, basic ninjutsu, genjutsu and taijutsu on every shinobi bio so long as proper training has been received, even if the character didn't use it in the series. For most of the other abilities it mainly depends on the restrictions placed on these abilities as some abilities are tied to specific canon characters. For example, as said before, ice can ony be used by Yuki bio's.

Since Teuchi doesn't have any technique of his own, I believe it is quiet right to have him able to use Sharingan. Now someone like Tayuya or Rock Lee can't have Sharingan.

Also, I am not letting Teuchi use something like the Eight Inner Gates or Sage Mode but simply the Sharingan (Or the Mangekyou Sharingan once I become a Sensei or manage to get MS through a tournament)

I've seen people make Custom Biographies of characters from an anime that doesn't even revolve around the "Fighting" concept.

Dude, the canon rules only apply to the Naruto characters.
The RP staff has no problem with other anime characters getting whatever.
People using canon characters are not allowed to make up their own history.​

Okay, you're clearly not following what I'm saying.
You posted the rules already. Ninjutsu, Taijutsu, Genjutsu and such are allowed no matter what, for canon or custom.
Unique things though, so as the Sharingan? They don't fall under such categories and have their own rules.​

i dont see a problem with it because for 1 he was never shown to have a clan nor partake as a fighting character meaning he could very well be an akimichi with his love for food.As such he is not applicable to the whole cannon rules.They are mainly in place to halt people having say kimimaro with saharingan or rock lee with byakugan along the likes.They do not apply to those that have clearly shown they do not fight .

nice bio boring neverthe less most if not all was directly copied from naruto wikia.

I like that you are setting a goal and picking a character not many people would go for. I like that you are informed about the rules and such. However, I will say this.

Caliburn will most likely tell you no since you do not even have the necessary posts to make an Uchiha Biography.


But who knows bro, Caliburn is a nice guy and he may allow it. If he does good luck, if not then well theres always someone else. If you want to stay with him you can still make the ramen release though. That would be quite useful to you. But let me tell you, kekkei genkai isn't everything. Look at Minato, Naruto, and at the bottom of the barrel, even Sakura. Or even Lee and Guy-sensei. You just need determination and a sharp mind and you can achieve anything...almost anything.
