If you look closely at the picture of Minato's team then you can see Jiraiya, Minato and 2 unknown shinobi. Who are these shinobi? The one in the left <--- is probably Teuchi.
Here is some proof why I think this theory might actually be true:
1. In ending 34 of Naruto Shippuden you can see Minato and Kushina eating some ramen. At 00:57 you can see Kushina is hugging a little girl, Ayame. But what is the friendship between the daughter of the owner and Minato and Kushina? They are still normal costumers who are eating ramen. It could be that it's the connection between Minato and Teuchi.
2. The other ninja, next to Minato, is a kunoichi. She could be the mother of Ayame. Ayame's skin color is lighter than her father's. We can't see Teuchi's eyes so we can't tell which color he has but what we can see is that the kunoichi looks a little bit like Ayame.
