Personality: Tetsuya is calm even under dire circumstances. He prefers to analyze a situation quickly and then act accordingly. His main problem is that he is too confident in his speed; if an opponent is able to outclass him in that department, he has almost no chance of winning.

Background Info.
History:Tetsuya was always a little bit different then all the other academy students. For one thing he only ever used taijutsu in combat, using only enough ninjutsu and genjutsu to pass. Another oddity this child exhibited was his tendency to "wander off" during school. Many a class was stopped because Tetsuya was nowhere to be found. Eventually, this strange child graduated from the academy and became a genin. He immediately set off on a journey to some far-off land. Where he is headed, not even he knows.
