Tetsuo is an average looking boy on the outside with a rather calm looking demeanor, often with an expression of sadness for some unknown reason. Initially he has jet black hair neatly combed and wears the typical street biker uniform like Kaneda and his other comrades. But as things progress, his hair becomes spiked, and he wears a white tang top with blue jeans and a red cape around his back. Around his right arm is a steel plated armor created from various mechanical material he crafted while he was in a state of insanity.
Personality:
He is somewhat of an introvert, and possessing a severe inferiority complex, Tetsuo is one of the main bikers in Tokyo. Abandoned as a child and raised in an orphanage, Tetsuo's life was one of instability, his one constant being his friend, Shotaro Kaneda. They leaned on each other in their childhood days, and remained very close as they grew up, eventually belonging to the same gang, of which Kaneda was leader. It may have been due to growing up in an orphanage and being constantly bullied, with only Kaneda as his aid, that his 'complex' started and his ninja arts caused him to change into someone totally different.

Mental State
Tetsuo is a feared for his high level of intellegence in the heat of battles. Being able to come up with complex strategies for victory in slim chances that may seem otherwise. It wasnt that he was a prodigy, but through his hard level of work and knowledge of ninjutsu he was able to learn from his peers to be better and strategic. Although smart, Tetsuo is the definition of insane and mentally deranged.
Water Release
At an early age, Tetsuo was gifted in water release ninjutsu and was able to master his techniques to the level where he only had to perform one handseal for even the most complex of techniques.
Illusionist
He has been also trained to master the art of Demonic Illusions also known as genjutsu. Upon becoming aprt of the Nekura clan, he also became immune to all genjutsu, because the keigoku did not allow it to enter his body.
Hand to Hand Combat
Along his journeys, he has picked up many different forms of fighting as well as unique styles including something he learned from Yard called the Intercepting Fist. It allowed him to read the movements of his enemies up to three times his normal speed, and move as if he were like water, and Uchiha Kaitos taijutsu which gave his style of fighting more meaning allowing him to infuse elemental chakra with his fighting. He can switch between styles and free form at will. Through so many hardships and the time it took him to master taijutsu he has gained a good boost to his physical strength, being able to flick his index finger and send an opponent flying backwards, and kick through trees like butter. He was also given leg weights to train and gain extra running speed in by Scorps.

Sealing Arts
Through mastering the sealing arts, under his sensei Toku he has always stayed prepared with scrolls on his back, or inside of his kimono for easy access. He also has various sealing tattoose on his body and around his wrists for "Lightning Flash Blade Creation." He has also sealed upon his chest as a desperate attempt to suicide whoever was to take him out, the Reverse Four Symbols sealing technique.

Kinjutsu
Being the cold hearted man he once was, Tetsuo had undertaken lessons from a man named Goro Kaguya where he learned to master the Forbidden Arts. Later on in life, he no longer sought to use those forms of ninjtsu as he thought it was defying the laws of nature and he was a changed man. Though that dark side still lingers inside of him today..
Ruby Release
In his brighter days, he along with his sensei Toku, founded the element Ruby Release where they figured that the control of fire and earth elements would come together and create something almost as hard as diamond. In their research they came up with many things such as creating lazer beams and crystallizing things like the ninja Guren which was their inspiration for the element.
Sound Release
Nearing the final quests of his shinobi life. He ran into a man by the name of Ibby who decided to start off his sound release training.
Swordsman
Tetsuo, learned to use the way of the sword to finish off his enemies. Early in life, he had no skill in the sword and killed with no purpose or meaning. Though this all stopped when he came across a man known as Zenryoku. Over several years they spoke and expressed philosophical meanings to the way of life and how it was connected with the Bushido way. He made Tetsuo do various chores which unbeknownst to him made him a better swordsman. With his knowledge of taijutsu, the sword became second nature to him, making sure to attack without being predictable, along with making useless actions.
Tetsuo's History
In the beginning of Tetsuos life, not many things were known about his parents other than that his father was a wanted criminal and his mother was not able to fully take care of him and left him an orphan. Growing up, he did not really put too much focus, on figuring out his past like many children his age would but rather tried to forge his own path so that he could no longer be the loner everyone viewed him as. Though at the time, Sunagakure was as divided as it would have ever been. He was called by many as a war orphan. At the age of 9 he was taken in by the parents of his now best friend Kaneda Shotaro. They both shared the same ideals, that they wanted to change the ninja world and unite the war torn ninja world. It wasn't that Tetsuo was a person to stand firm in his own beliefs, but he could rely on Kaneda like an older brother, and then as a leader. At the age of 12 they both were already accomplishing high level missions tasked to them by their current leader who was none other than the famed Third kazekage.
Tetsuo was in a coma like state, still in shock from the explosion and did not come to, until the following week. He was reluctant to awaken to his girlfriend Kaori standing over him excited to see him alive and well. This was short lived as the attackers that they ran into outside the village had somehow found their way into the village and were causing an all out attack. Still badly injured, Tetsuo tried to leave the hospital bed and Kaori told him that he should not worry, and there was nothing he could do in his injured state. Upset that there was nothing he could do, he asked her where was Kaneda. She politely told him that he was downstairs in the lobby, waiting anxiously for him to awaken, and that she would return with him in a few minutes.
After several minutes, a large shockwave and explosion could be felt by Tetsuo as if the building itself had been under attack. Worried for Kaori, he jumped out of bed and headed to run downstairs limping in pain from his injuries. He reached the lobby to see a cloud of smoke and several bodies laying on the ground in pools of blood. It appeared as though several ninja had gotten into the hospital and were attacking randomly. Shocked and overwhelmed by so many people frantically looking for a way out, he saw Kaori along with a few others, being attacked by several ninja. Tetsuo in a bloodied rage ran towards the ninja and kicked one of them into a wall breaking several bones, and then used the body flicker to appear behind the last ninja snapping his neck, killing him instantly. As he looked over, he could see Kaori had been badly beaten to the point one of her eyes had been closed up and her nose was bloody. Tetsuo vowed he would never let anyone harm her again and that he would never let her leave his eyesight. Shortly after Kaneda appeared and asked if everything was alright, even though he could clearly see Kaori had been beaten. Tetsuo was enraged and shoved Kaneda against a wall claiming he should have been there to protect Kaori. Displeased, he responded and told Tetsuo that he should have not left his room with his injuries disregarding the fact he was the one who saved Kaoris life. Tetsuos frustration grew as he felt as though he would never gain the satisfaction of his friend and that he must now forge his own path.
Tetsuo went missing for months and noone could find him, though it was said that he had abandoned the village, but that was not the case. He went off to one of the highest mountains past the valley of the end to hone his skills in solitude, but his idea of training peacefully would not go very well. A blizzard passed through Iwagakure and he found himself trapped inside a cave buried inside with several feet of snow and rocks with not enough food to last and not enough clothing to keep warm. Would would seem like hours, turned to days as Tetsuo sat in the cave going crazy from the cold weather and the pure darkness that enveloped him. His energy levels low, Tetsuo began to hallucinate and drive himself mad of the pain of starvation and the torment of the vivid illusions he began to experience. He began to see himself being ripped apart and hearing someone call out the name "Akira." The torment shattered Tetsuos mindstate and broke him down to the point he turned feeble and unpredictable, carving out random words along the cave walls and shouting at images of people that did not exist.
Though he was free from the cave and mountains, his hallucinations and deranged mind state followed him where ever he went. He was officially deranged. To save himself the embarrassment, Tetsuo decided to head back to Sunagakure with his new found abilities and see if he could test them out on those who he felt oppressed him. By this time Tetsuo was at the age of 15 and had already become an S class level shinobi and feared amongst the Iwagakure village for being highly dangerous. When he returned, Tetsuo found many things to have changed in his years away from the Rain village. It seemed as though Kaneda had made an even bigger name for himself, by protecting the village multiple times, and just overall being a top class shinobi, but none of that was important in the mind of Tetsuo. There was no right or wrong and there was no logical explanation for his rash thinking. All that was in his mind was that he wanted to take Kaneda down and finally prove that he was strong, maybe even stronger than him.
Out trying to find the whereabouts of Kaneda, Tetsuo was tipped off about some of the ninja that had played apart in the attack on the village those many years ago. It seemed that they were finally caught and imprisoned within the Sunagakure holding cells within the police department. Tetsuo got an idea, and made his way into the police department and stealthily found the chambers where the prisoners were being held. His blood began to boil and killed them with a powerful wind technique that blasted a hole in the buildings wall that alerted everyone in the area. Within moments every high class shinobi had filled the area surrounding Tetsuo questioning his actions. Tetsuo, with his blood still boiling began to hallucinate once more, and began attacking the shinobi killing several of them with one slash of his sword. Though after fighting for close to an hour, a shinobi had stuck in close to Tetsuo and placed an explosive tag upon his arm. The explosive tag exploded blowing up Tetsuos right arm severely injuring him. it appeared that the one who stuck him was none other than Kaneda. Surprised to see it was Tetsuo, Kaneda looked sadden to find out that the attack was one of his closest friends and that he was now mortally wounded. Within seconds, Tetsuo distracted them with a flash bomb to narrowly escape and make his way away from the battlefield, running towards the only place he knew he could be safe within for the time being, Kaori's house.
In Kaori's home, Tetsuo found her at last but passed out due to loss of blood. Long before he knew it, he awoke to find Kaori healing his badly injured arm. She then asked him various questions, about his whereabouts and injuries though it led to nowhere as Tetsuo did not want to speak on it. Kaori continued to use her medical expertise in nursing Tetsuo back to full health, and he finally opened up about whats been going on in the past few years. She angrily slapped him and told he that he had gone crazy, and that he was heading down the wrong path. This pissed Tetsuo off and he began having vivid illusions once again and his head began to hurt. Kaori tried to calm him down but he began to become out of control letting out violent wind waves destroying the side of the wall. This alarmed some of the nearby ninja and word got out that Tetsuo was being held at Kaoris home. Tetsuo calmed down, and told Kaori one last time that he loved her and began making his way to the village gates. On his way to the gates he happened to slip by the guards and make his way out of the gate, into the ruins surrounding the village. Though shortly after he was followed by Kaneda and a group of S ranked Ninja. When he got to a safe place, Tetsuo manipulated wind and placed several metal pieces around his arm to protect it before it was able to fully heal.
Moments later, Kaneda caught up with Tetsuo. After a long debate over his reasoning for attacking and coming back, it was clear that Tetsuo had changed and was no longer the same person he knew growing up. They began fighting all out, clashing several techniques ranging from elements to kenjutsu. Kaneda was the last man standing as Tetsuo had incapacitated the other ninja in the midst of battle. It wasnt long before the crazed Tetsuo became overwhelmed with his own insanity and illusions that he became overwhelmed in battle and Kaneda took advantage of it letting out an all out assault on him, in his weakened state. Tetsuo could no longer take it and started performing all kinds of kinjutsu that had severe drawbacks on his body. Before long they began to take a toll on his body, causing his muscles to start mutating and expanding uncontrollably. Feeling victorious, Kaneda stopped his attacks and decided to attempt helping Tetsuo but he did not want it. Instead, he ran away once again and jumped off a cliff, into Amegakures waterfall. It was not known what happened to Tetsuo at the time but they knew one day he may return.
When Tetsuo awakened, he was inside of a small village with a man standing near him muttering words that he could barely make out. Before he realized, the man revealed his face and stated that he was the one of the chosen and that he had been keeping an eye out for him for a long time. His name was Akuma and he introduced Tetsuo to the Nekura clan where he began yet another journey to gaining new power.

Inferiority Complex..
A year later, Kaneda and Tetsuo had made rather large names for themselves and founded their own band of rogue ninja that took orders from the Kazekage. Even though their dreams were put on hold, they were growing far apart, both into two different strong personalities and both shared opposing sets of morals than the other. While Kaneda stood for more honor and truth. Tetsuo wasn't afraid to lie and scheme his way to get the job done. Though this became a serve problem for not only the gang, but between the bond of two friends who considered themselves to be like brothers. On a scouting mission outside of Sunagakure, the gang ran into a group of ninja from Kumogakure. Tetsuo and Kaneda were split up to fight their own battles, which ended in Tetsuo getting badly injured, by being caught in the epicenter of a large explosion of explosive tags. Though still alive, Kaneda came and rescued Tetsuo and brought him to the hospital.

Insanity
Continuing his downward spiral of trust for Kaneda. Tetsuo left the village on a pursuit for power and ninjutsu to complete his ultimate goal in taking over Sunagakure and no longer having to put up with feeling like a lesser person to Kaneda. In his travels, he met many people who aided him in becoming a better shinobi. He first came across a man named Scarface who took him into Iwagakure and introduced him into a new set of people who all began to push each other to the next level to become better and to chase their ideals. There he befriended Oraan, Zero, Mathias, Autumn, Jinbei and many others who all became like a real family to Tetsuo, but noone came closer to him than his sensei Toku. Toku showed Tetsuo many styles and techniques that would take the average shinobi years to master and they even came together to create a rare element called Ruby Release. Though this was short lived as the one who granted him access to the village, Scarface had betrayed them and allowed several opposing ninja to attack and destroy the village, killing many that were dear to Tetsuo causing him to lose his mind and thirst for blood and revenge.

A blizzard passed through Iwagakure and he found himself trapped inside a cave buried inside with several feet of snow and rocks with not enough food to last and not enough clothing to keep warm. Would would seem like hours, turned to days as Tetsuo sat in the cave going crazy from the cold weather and the pure darkness that enveloped him. His energy levels low, Tetsuo began to hallucinate and drive himself mad of the pain of starvation and the torment of the vivid illusions he began to experience. He began to see himself being ripped apart and hearing someone call out the name "Akira." The torment shattered Tetsuos mindstate and broke him down to the point he turned feeble and unpredictable, carving out random words along the cave walls and shouting at images of people that did not exist.
Revenge
Tetsuo in a build up rage, punched the wall shattering the rocks and snow away and freeing himself form his hellish prison. It seemed as though his body had adjusted to all the new vigorous training he had performed or his insanity had somewhat fueled his strength. Whatever the matter, Tetsuo was pleased. He made his way back to the village where he was taken care of and nursed back to full health.

Though he was free from the cave and mountains, his hallucinations and deranged mind state followed him where ever he went. He was officially deranged. To save himself the embarrassment, Tetsuo decided to head back to Sunagakure with his new found abilities and see if he could test them out on those who he felt oppressed him. By this time Tetsuo was at the age of 15 and had already become an S class level shinobi and feared amongst the Iwagakure village for being highly dangerous. When he returned, Tetsuo found many things to have changed in his years away from the Rain village. It seemed as though Kaneda had made an even bigger name for himself, by protecting the village multiple times, and just overall being a top class shinobi, but none of that was important in the mind of Tetsuo. There was no right or wrong and there was no logical explanation for his rash thinking. All that was in his mind was that he wanted to take Kaneda down and finally prove that he was strong, maybe even stronger than him.

Out trying to find the whereabouts of Kaneda, Tetsuo was tipped off about some of the ninja that had played apart in the attack on the village those many years ago. It seemed that they were finally caught and imprisoned within the Sunagakure holding cells within the police department. Tetsuo got an idea, and made his way into the police department and stealthily found the chambers where the prisoners were being held. His blood began to boil and killed them with a powerful wind technique that blasted a hole in the buildings wall that alerted everyone in the area. Within moments every high class shinobi had filled the area surrounding Tetsuo questioning his actions. Tetsuo, with his blood still boiling began to hallucinate once more, and began attacking the shinobi killing several of them with one slash of his sword. Though after fighting for close to an hour, a shinobi had stuck in close to Tetsuo and placed an explosive tag upon his arm. The explosive tag exploded blowing up Tetsuos right arm severely injuring him. it appeared that the one who stuck him was none other than Kaneda. Surprised to see it was Tetsuo, Kaneda looked sadden to find out that the attack was one of his closest friends and that he was now mortally wounded. Within seconds, Tetsuo distracted them with a flash bomb to narrowly escape and make his way away from the battlefield, running towards the only place he knew he could be safe within for the time being, Kaori's house.

In Kaori's home, Tetsuo found her at last but passed out due to loss of blood. Long before he knew it, he awoke to find Kaori healing his badly injured arm. She then asked him various questions, about his whereabouts and injuries though it led to nowhere as Tetsuo did not want to speak on it. Kaori continued to use her medical expertise in nursing Tetsuo back to full health, and he finally opened up about whats been going on in the past few years. She angrily slapped him and told he that he had gone crazy, and that he was heading down the wrong path. This pissed Tetsuo off and he began having vivid illusions once again and his head began to hurt. Kaori tried to calm him down but he began to become out of control letting out violent wind waves destroying the side of the wall. This alarmed some of the nearby ninja and word got out that Tetsuo was being held at Kaoris home. Tetsuo calmed down, and told Kaori one last time that he loved her and began making his way to the village gates. On his way to the gates he happened to slip by the guards and make his way out of the gate, into the ruins surrounding the village. Though shortly after he was followed by Kaneda and a group of S ranked Ninja. When he got to a safe place, Tetsuo manipulated wind and placed several metal pieces around his arm to protect it before it was able to fully heal.

Moments later, Kaneda caught up with Tetsuo. After a long debate over his reasoning for attacking and coming back, it was clear that Tetsuo had changed and was no longer the same person he knew growing up. They began fighting all out, clashing several techniques ranging from elements to kenjutsu. Kaneda was the last man standing as Tetsuo had incapacitated the other ninja in the midst of battle. It wasnt long before the crazed Tetsuo became overwhelmed with his own insanity and illusions that he became overwhelmed in battle and Kaneda took advantage of it letting out an all out assault on him, in his weakened state. Tetsuo could no longer take it and started performing all kinds of kinjutsu that had severe drawbacks on his body. Before long they began to take a toll on his body, causing his muscles to start mutating and expanding uncontrollably. Feeling victorious, Kaneda stopped his attacks and decided to attempt helping Tetsuo but he did not want it. Instead, he ran away once again and jumped off a cliff, into Amegakures waterfall. It was not known what happened to Tetsuo at the time but they knew one day he may return.

When Tetsuo awakened, he was inside of a small village with a man standing near him muttering words that he could barely make out. Before he realized, the man revealed his face and stated that he was the one of the chosen and that he had been keeping an eye out for him for a long time. His name was Akuma and he introduced Tetsuo to the Nekura clan where he began yet another journey to gaining new power.
