Someone who doesnt believe in God would be an Atheist.

It depends. If you believe god does not exist you are an Athiest. If you believe that god does not exist but have no proof or evidence to backup your claim you are called an Agnostic Athiest.

In order to deny Gods' existence you must know for certain he does not exist which is impossible due to faith being the primary benefactor to Gods existence. Therefore I would label someone who does not believe in God as someone who is ignorant to others and has no understanding of how religion works.
