I'll use Tasuke Bio, 4 Packs of Cards of the Joker strapped onto his waist.
"Up for Another Little scuffle Yoanna? Lets see how strong you've become."
Tasuke draws three cards into each hands and throws them in two groups one after another. The cards would simply be aimed at Yoanna's Torso, as they make their way towards her I bite my thumb and reach under my shirt, swiping the blood over my barnacle tattoo and then slamming my hands on the ground, the whole area around me filled with the burrowed creatures. After slamming my hands I push off them and my feet and run straight towards her, grinning mischievously.

Description: The Cards of the Joker are special weapons needed to use the Reaper of the Cards and are usually kept in holsters. These 52 deck of cards are made from a special metal, the same special metal used in chakra enhanced trench knives, though these cards have sharp edges. Much like the trench knives the cards are able to contain chakra from the user and become the origin of techniques. In this way they can be used for techniques that require shuriken, kunai, or any other projectile weapon. It is used to perform a certain CFS.

Description:
The user can either do the normal summoning method or bite their thumb, wipe it on the summoning tattoo and then slam the ground. These are Acrothoracica type barnacles and they are summoned into the ground where they burrow into it, creating thousands of little slits in the earth all up to the max of Mid-Range all around the user. This summon uses its tendrils by sticking them out of their burrowed homes and anything that brushes passed they sense, sending the information back to the contract signer(s) of the disturbance in that area, their tendrils can be damaged but they usually retreat into their burrows if anything damaging starts to spread across the ground (like fire) and when it has dispersed they reappear. These barnacles disallow the opponent from using any jutsu using chakra that come from the ground up to A-Rank in their vicinity because they now have complete control of the earth stopping any chakra from above the surface.

- If the Opponent uses an S-Rank Earth Jutsu from the ground it is weakened to an A-Rank.

As the vortex came in close proximety to her, she manipulated her paper whilst spinning around her axis, creating a ring of it all around her entity which would block the dragon. Also, although not to her knowledge, she would push away all the cards which were to land next to her and on her.

She continued her move by starting to move forth towards Tasuke. At the same time, she was leaving a trail of paper sheets behind her.
Whilst strolling in his direction, she unleashed her weapon with the tip of it facing her opponent, awaiting his next move.

Description: Vishnu is a longsword with a total length from sword hilt to the tip of the blade of 115 centimeters. The sword’s history is relatively short having only recently been created by Yoanna with the help of Konan after she learned the secrets of Paper Ninjutsu. The sword itself is composed of thousands of small chakra infused sheets of paper each being razor sharp, excluding the hilt and hilt guard of the blade. The guard of the blade itself appears to be the bottom half of a golden flower while the hilt beneath it extends past and possesses the same color.
Vishnu constantly drains the user’s chakra to sustain itself. Its thirst for chakra is quite great in that when not held by the user it will actively seek him or her out. As a sword composed entirely of small razor-sharp chakra infused sheets of paper Vishnu does not slice similar to how a sword does. Instead, the sharp sheets of paper will shave albeit user can change angle at which paper sheets are positioned and thus allow for different kinds of cuts being made upon their target. This can even be used once the sword penetrated through the body of intended target which would cause increase in deterioration made upon them. Each sheet of paper capable of leaving deep paper-cuts along the afflicted area of the opponent’s body. While the ''basic'' form of direction of paper sheets is not as lethal it is still very painful and can cut and shred flesh quite easily. Additionally, because of the sword’s paper nature the user’s chakra flow into the blade will allow it to remain its form and rigidity quite similar to that of an actual sword although with small spiked out edges. Should the sword be damaged the user can continue to feed it chakra and allow it to reform by reconnecting the scattered sheets of paper. Explosive tags as well as flash tags mixed within the normal sheets which would increase capabilities of the sword. Replenishing the hilt of the sword would drain user of 10 chakra points.
First and main ability of the sword is as to make paper sheets leave the hilt of it within users hand and fly away forming like a cloud around the user (spans short-range all around them). Each paper sheet would be self sustaining, self aware and represent sovereign defense due to being apart of Vishnu. Their velocity would be so great even being capable of defending user of almost instantaneous techniques as well as techniques up to A rank made by either taijutsu movements or solid like elemental techniques. Even in case whereas user of the sword is not aware of the offend made upon them paper sheets would react without imput of the one owning them. Albeit, user can defend from techniques they so wish without having input from paper sheets by willing them via mental command as not to react. Senses of sheets are also connected to senses of the user allowing for better perceiving of their surrounding. This ability counts as a A rank and upon defending from an A ranked technique (following elemental strengths and weaknesses) paper which was dispersed would lose its effects. This ability can only be used twice per battle. Sustaining this ability per turn would cause for additional 20 chakra points to be drained from the user.
In combination of releasing paper sheets from the hilt of the sword, paper sheets could be controlled as to make different kinds of constructions from them which can be used for either offense or defense. Their size varies depending on users need. This ability can be of either C or B rank.
Another ability of the sword is quite useful in combination with other techniques which require one to utilize different types of weapons for their performance. By draining user of 15 chakra points sword would be able to change its physique however never go over the initial length it holds. No matter the physique due to being formed out of paper sheets it would always have small spikes on its borders. This ability counts as a C rank.
Note: Must posses paper ninjutsu biography to utilise the sword.
Note: The sword is controlled via mental commands.
Note: Each ability that is utilised by the sword would drain user proportioned amount of chakra to the rank the ability is.
Note: Each ability used will count as one of the three techniques user can utilise per turn.
Note: If someone who is not Akasha so decides to take the sword within their hand an outburst of explosive tags would launch instantaneously as a spike of paper sheets so does as well as to penetrate body of the said person and doesn't allow it to let it go before explosion.
Note: Can only be wielded by those Akasha allows.
Tasuke sees that Yoanna blocked his lightning easily, she was bringing out her paper now which was interesting. He moved forward whilst Drawing Two Sai Swords into each hand and holding them in a reverse grip. It seemed as though they were going to get close and personal.
''You?'' she muttered. ''Give me scars?'' she continued. Her tone sarcastic. The words ended with a melicious laugh. The three meters distance was made between the two. The tip of the sword was facing Tasuke. ''Don't make me laugh.''
"Why not? Laughing is the best medicine. Though I suppose I should do that after." As he spoke he manipualted the cards he threw earlier to shoot at you from behind and hit you in the back, they would cut deep, but not fatally deep. They would be a quiet and fast, not being so far away behind you since she walked past them herself. As soon as the cards hit her back four tendrils from the barnacles in the ground shoot out, one grabs her sword arm and pulls it down, the other three grab a wrist and each ankle. And at exactly the same time this happened Tasuke leaped forward thrusting his Right Sai after spinning it into a front grip, the blade of the sai sticking out between his two fingers as he plunged it into her chest.
(Fujitsuboātsu : Thoracica no bodi) - Barnacle Arts : Legs of the Thoracica

Description:
A Thoracica Barnacle or even a Acrothoracica type Barnacle will focus chakra into their tentacle like limbs, fuelling them with strength and making them much longer and stronger. The limbs will now be capable of stretching up to 5 meters and grabbing a hold of a target that the user wishes for the summon using this jutsu to. Because this is the fleshy part of the barnacle, it isn't as durable as the shells, but because of the extra strength put into the tendrils they can at least with stand B-Rank elemental attacks.
This can be used by up to a group of four Thoracica or Ancrothoracica Barnacles, however the power would be split between each barnacle that used the technique. For example if "Barnacle Bay" performs this jutsu then from each slit in the ground would be C-Rank tendrils from four different locations that could grab onto the opponent. The tendrils can also grab onto nearby tools or be used as transportation if the Barnacles are capable of moving (unlike barnacle bay as they are embedded into the ground) by grabbing onto something and pulling themselves closer.

As she could hear the noise of cards accelerating in the air, she rapidly released the paper sheets which were representing her sword, leaving just but the hilt in her hand. They spread as a cload in short range radius around the two. Each paper was aware of what's happening in addition to being able to react on its own. Due to that, they quickly made a blockade behind her, disabling the cards of reaching her.

However the paper sheets from the sword did not react to the tendrils that were shoot from the ground. As soon as they did try to grasp her hand, she completely transformed it into papers sheets which basically disabled the grabbing motion. Similar happened to other limbs that were to be affected by tendrils. Reforming just but her hand behind Tasuke she made a punching motion onto his left side, directly underneath his ribs.
(Kami Chou no Jutsu) - Paper Butterfly technique

Description: By utilizing paper from one's own body, the user can then transform all of these into paper butterflies.This jutsu lasts for three turns.
Tasuke noticed that Yoanna was turning into paper and releasing herself from the grip of the Barnacles, his attack as it was wasn't going to cut it. Using the other Sai he didn't thrust with as a Medium Tasuke launches himself high into the air by releasing a burst of wind into the pointing down Sai.
With the hand that he was going to thrust with he punched down at the sheets and released a giant adaptable whirlwind that shredded and pushed away all the paper.

(Fūton Hijitsu : Ken no sandan jū) - Wind Release Secret Technique : Sword Shotgun

Description:
The Sword Shotgun Technique is an advanced Wind Ability that requires the shinobi to have good Stamina and a proficiency of wind whether it be a primary or secondary speciality to be able to use. This Technique uses the very structure of one's sword and positioning to created quick and powerful attacks, through the use of wind as a propellant through quick bursts that last not even a second. The Bursts of Wind are extremely strong and are imbued with the blade, using it's structure as a way to aim said bursts to create quick and powerful blade strikes.
These bursts can be use in various ways that the user desires, the most simplest way to use this technique is vertical and horizontal slashes. The Blast of wind will shoot from the back of the Katana's Blade, creating a really fast strike that happens in a split second. However, through the same way the user can do a 360 degree spin on the spot because of the burst of winds power, however their body must be positioned in such a way that they are standing on one leg so that they are easily spun around. The ordinary slash would be performed whilst standing on both feet.
Then there is the more acrobatic way to use this Technique, for example the user can point the blade behind themselves after lifting themselves from the ground and expelling the burst of wind from their blade to shoot them towards the target in short range, they can then slash them when they are close after travelling the distance (Maximum of 5 meters). The Blade can also be pointed at a target and expelled that way blasting the opponent away if they are in point blank range, if it's used this way they will receive no damage and just be shot into midrange; the user will also be push back from the recoil created. Another acrobatic use would be as the user is performing a vertical upwards slash, they expel the blast of wind, lifting them from the air whilst slashing and then finishing by spinning in the air doing a 360 degree slash - sort of like doing the shape of a "9" with the tip of their blade.
