Akuma biography, lets do it.

A monster. Akuma looks at the man infront of him with a devious grin on his face. He wasn't just a man; his shark like appearance certainly intimidating. But it wasn't something Akuma wasn't too. After all, it was the strong men he enjoyed killing.
Expelling a thick mist from his mouth, he obstructs the vision of his opponent while running towards the right. This would be silent enough since there was mid-range difference between them and Akuma wore no shoes. As he runs still at mid-range, he exerts chakra onto the mist reflecting the natural light in a way that it blinds the shark-guy temporarily. While still in movement, Akuma creates a water orb in his right hand releasing multiple spearing stream that covers about 45' after which Akuma stops.

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.
