Description: The Ketsuryūgan (血龍眼, Literally meaning: Blood Dragon Eye) is a dōjutsu, which appears in certain individuals of the Chinoike clan. The Ketsuryūgan is recognised by its reddish colour, giving a special appearance for the users of this dōjutsu, characterised as holders of eyes as red as blood. A notable ability of the Ketsuryūgan is it's ability to cast genjutsu, either by making physical skin contact with the target or meeting each other's gaze, on a level of comparable strength to the Sharingan as well as be able to follow high-speed movements. One of its main abilities is their ability to manipulate iron, or more accurately, any liquid with a high iron concentration which allows them the ability to manipulate the blood within themselves for Ninjutsu use. Much like any other Dōjutsu, the Ketsuryugan is to enable the user to see the flow of chakra to differentiate chakras from different people or from different sources. Similar to the Byakugan, the user can see chakra through matter and beyond dense matter or in long distances. This ability also allows the wielder to see one's "life force", or their physical energy and sense and see any living object within range.
Note: The user, if he hasn't gained full mastery over his doujutsu, will need to spend a move to activate it, although as long as he has chakra and enough stamina, he'll be able to keep it active until the end of the match. If the user is Jounin Rank or above and has held the Doujutsu for a month, he becomes able to passively activate it.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: While traveling the NW, bios with an activated Ketsuryugan are able to see up to two 2 adjacent landmarks away though this does not beyond an ocean landmark.
Note: In order to utilize any of the blood based abilities, the user must be at least Jounin rank.

She stood on the other side of a lake it would seem. His best bet would be to try and deal with her head on. Though he had no idea about her capabilities at this point. Instead he would hold out his right arm, his fist aimed at the woman. From his forearm, a small laser would rise up and fire 5 shots at the woman before him:

As the giant wall forms in front of Genos, his bullets were blocked. Interesting. The wall began to break down into a mass of bullets aimed at Genos. Being unsure of the composition of the wall and how it would react, he decided to instead wipe it out. With his hand held out and lightning charged through it, he releases a mass of chidori senbon, enough to hit every single bullet midway across the lake hitting every one rendering them useless.

As the mand renders the earth useless, Skarlet and Serperior are able to keep track with the man as he burst in speed and goes to kick her side. Skarlet would raise the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This would catch the mans leg as well as damaging it.. With contact now established with the man, Skarlet would be able infuse some of her chakra into the man. The said chakra becomes poisonous to the man, making his bodies unstable, dealing slow but constant damage over turn. Causing the man's body to become consumed in a pitch-black substance, the man will suffer 15 damage every turn until 4 turns have passed and they begin inflating in a grotesque manner and appearing in a swollen, black and corroding manner. The man would continue to hurt and if it stayed long enough the man would explode.

Causing the victim's body to become consumed in a pitch-black substance, the opponent will suffer 15 damage every turn until 4 turns have passed and they begin inflating in a grotesque manner and appearing in a swollen, black and corroding manner. Whenever the target's health drops to lower than 15 or 10 turns have gone by ( whichever is shorter ), the target will seemingly finally explode on a large and on a very destructive scale, causing S rank damage to those within short range and leaving the target unable to continue until healed. Only by rendering the target unconscious (such as with genjutsu) or defeating the user will the explosion be nullified. With proper medical aid, the poisonous chakra can also be extracted, saving the victim completely.
Note: Requires direct contact to utilize. Can only be used after the Ketsuryugan has been activated. Can only be used on a single opponent once and Forbidden ranked version can only be used twice.
Note: Should the Forbidden rank variant be used, the target will suffer more damage per turn and also be unable to use above S rank techniques while afflicted.

As Genos swung his leg up he could see her aim, to crush his leg in an instant. Like he would allow that. Before contact was made, from the base of his foot a stream of fire would form, pushing him back out of the way in an instant, leaving his leg unharmed. In the same process, his fire would hit your elbow and your knee, burning them as they almost hit his leg. Pushing back a meter with this, Genos held out his right hand to his right, releasing the second stream to push him around to your left side, one meter away still. Using the distraction of his fire to his own advantage:

Description: The Shinobi Gauntlet (忍小手, Shinobigote), often shortened to just Gauntlet (小手, Kote), is a scientific ninja tool that is worn on the forearm. The Gauntlet was developed as a way to allow anyone to use complicated jutsu without the need for training or the requisite skills.To use, Scroll Cartridges that have had jutsu sealed into them are loaded into the Gauntlet's chamber. At first appearing as a normal sealing scroll, upon absorbing a technique it shrinks down to the size similar to a real bullet and can then be loaded into a tool to be activated later. When a nature transformation technique is activated from a Scroll Cartridge, the user make a unique single handed hand seal corresponding to the intended jutsu's nature using the hand of the arm that the Gauntlet is worn on. This causes the Gauntlet to release the jutsu from its Scroll Cartridge, firing it wherever the Gauntlet is aimed. Because the Gauntlet's jutsu require no chakra to perform, the user can gain an advantage in battle by releasing what would normally be chakra-taxing techniques in quick succession.

The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill as well as its power which can vary. Ninjas with a water specialty will be able to produce up to an S-Rank technique; normal ninja will produce the basic A-Rank technique. Tobirama was able to use this technique with a single hand seal showing testiment to his skill in water ninjutsu.

Skarlet eyes would allow her to see both the fire chakra building in the man and the water chakra in the mini scroll releasing a water dragon from behind as fire would be about to hit her. Skalert would have chakra channel through her body as she uses it to burst 5 meters to her diagonally left leaving behind a stone statue of her self allowing her to avoid all the attacks that were aimed for. The statue would take all the damage while Skarlet would be 5 meters to the left of the last location focusing her attention on the man.

Description :
The User releases a burst of chakra from around there body and moves in a certain direction, whether it be forward, upwards, backwards or to the side the chakra will remain where they once stood manifesting into an element to carry different effects. The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne
Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.

Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

Restrictions
- Can't be use another ability in the same turn as a different one
- Usable 4 times a battle
- Requires a turn cool down after each use.

As soon as this happens Skarlet would look the man straight in the eyes trapping him in a genjutsu. The man would see his entire attack would fail but with Skarlet appearing right before him stabbing him and controlling the blood in his body to become dense and expand causing the man great pain. Due to her blood eyes, the genjutsu would also produce fake chakra networks making it appear that Skarlet is actually in front of him. While the man is trapped in the genjutsu, Skarlet releases snakes from her sleeves that wrap around the man and start draining his chakra.

( Doujutsu: Genjutsu Katsuryugan ) - Eye Technique: Dragon Blood Eye Illusion

Description: This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by members of the Chinoike clan. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes or by making physical contact, the user can lock the user within a genjutsu of their choosing. These Genjutsus are so strong and powerful, Uchiha cannot break from them with ease, unable to pierce through unless they possess an active Mangekyou Sharingan or higher. Objects within these Genjutsus also seemingly have their own chakra networks, removing the excess chakra from the surroundings to make harder to detect.
Note: Can only be used with Katsuryugan

(Hebi o Kyūshū) Chakra Absorbing Snakes

Description: The user restrains the target with snakes that he summons from his sleeves which will wrap around the target and steadily absorbs their chakra. The more the captured target increases their chakra, the tighter the grip from the snakes. The snakes however cannot absorb endless amounts of chakra and will eventually saturate. They are also susceptible to damage from techniques and their binding power is of B-Rank physical strength. While bound, the target will face a stead drain of chakra which will make it increasingly difficult to mold chakra for techniques (1st turn, no S-Ranks or above, 2nd turn, no A-Ranks or above, 3rd turn and onwards, no B-Rank or above). Senjutsu chakra or Bijuu chakra cannot be absorbed and will immediately end the technique, making the snakes either crumble into rocks or disintegrate. The chakra drained is lost.

Note: Binding can last up to 4 turns

Skarlet eyes would allow her to see both the fire chakra building in the man and the water chakra in the mini scroll releasing a water dragon from behind as fire would be about to hit her. Skalert would have chakra channel through her body as she uses it to burst 5 meters to her diagonally left leaving behind a stone statue of her self allowing her to avoid all the attacks that were aimed for. The statue would take all the damage while Skarlet would be 5 meters to the left of the last location focusing her attention on the man.

Description :
The User releases a burst of chakra from around there body and moves in a certain direction, whether it be forward, upwards, backwards or to the side the chakra will remain where they once stood manifesting into an element to carry different effects. The Shroud of Chakra basically stays there and takes the hit whilst the user moves out the way, though the effects could be different and be advantageous especially in close range.
Raw Shadow
A Supplementary / Defensive use, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will notmanifest into the elemental affinity and will retain the shape of the user's body producing a sort of copy like the shadow clone but it has a tiny amount of chakra to carry some sort of form. The Body can be used to take a hit or as a temporary platform as it can also be formed whilst airborne
Burning Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Fire whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, though it would explode at the user's will causing the opponent (and the user if not careful) to be blown away. The explosion as a 2 meter radius and isn't fatal, it will cause minor cuts and burns over the victim if they are caught by it.
Petrified Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is attacking you in close combat, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Earth whilst retaining the shape of the user's body a stone statue will be left behind as a defence. However it can also be used when the opponent tries to attack with a weapon or with their limbs, the earth manifesting around said weapon or limb to trap them as you make your next attack.

Liquid Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is moving towards you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of water whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the water can either be sticky or not leaving behind a small water source or trapping a target if they manage to walk into the liquid.
Shocking Shadow
Good to use when the opponent is near you, the user will release a burst of chakra and move away from it. The Chakra will manifest into the elemental affinity of Lightning whilst retaining the shape of the user's body, the lightning will branch off from the left behind body to any target within short range and will shock them with lightning damage.

Restrictions
- Can't be use another ability in the same turn as a different one
- Usable 4 times a battle
- Requires a turn cool down after each use.

As soon as this happens Skarlet would look the man straight in the eyes trapping him in a genjutsu. The man would see his entire attack would fail but with Skarlet appearing right before him stabbing him and controlling the blood in his body to become dense and expand causing the man great pain. Due to her blood eyes, the genjutsu would also produce fake chakra networks making it appear that Skarlet is actually in front of him. While the man is trapped in the genjutsu, Skarlet releases snakes from her sleeves that wrap around the man and start draining his chakra.

Description: This technique is simply the use of generic genjutsu used by members of the Chinoike clan. By simply having their opponents look into their eyes or by making physical contact, the user can lock the user within a genjutsu of their choosing. These Genjutsus are so strong and powerful, Uchiha cannot break from them with ease, unable to pierce through unless they possess an active Mangekyou Sharingan or higher. Objects within these Genjutsus also seemingly have their own chakra networks, removing the excess chakra from the surroundings to make harder to detect.
Note: Can only be used with Katsuryugan

Genos pushed himself off to the side as he left his water dragon to smash into the woman, he would see the burst of chakra from her body as she's pushed forwards. Now was his chance. As she dodged his body would burst into fire in an instant. Not only would this fire catch her due to her being within short range of him, it would have it's own unique effect. Releasing the fire would be as though he'd set off a flash bomb, instantly blinding the woman as she moved, forcing her eyes closed as the fire engulfs her:

Description: This jutsu uses the Ox handseal. When your opponent attacks you, you disappear in a cloud of fire. When you poof away, your opponent gets burnt while they are in that cloud of fire that you created.

Using the distraction of flames to move, he would appear behind her, punching her in the back releasing a sonic sound wave into her body through his metallic arm. This would send a mass of vibrations from the centre of her back targeting the bones in her spine, shattering it on contact, causing her to crumble to the ground from the attack:

Description: Focusing sound chakra into ones limbs, the user is able to deliver massive taijutsu attacks that can shatter anything on contact, specially solid defenses. When used directly against an enemy, the blows damage the soft tissues of the target if used with a low frequency sound or the targets bones, if used with a high frequency sound. The vibrations don't produce any external effect, unlike what happens with (Ototon: Oto no Ken) - Sound Release: Sonic Fist technique, instead propagating into whatever is touched through direct contact. The user is free in which moves he will perform and can use virtually any stance he knows. However, because it produces no externalization of the vibrations, as the limbs are only infused with sound chakra and the vibrations happen in what is hit, the user cannot attack or defend from things that would otherwise hurt him like bladed weapons, etc.
